Shipping

We currently deliver to the UK only.  

If you are outside of the UK please contact us before placing an order and we will look into how we can accommodate it. Deliveries outside of the UK can incur additional customs duties and value added tax costs, Turns is not responsible for these additional import costs. 

Where possible we deliver with Royal Mail 48 Tracked, however we will when necessary use other courier services depending on the order size and strike action. Shipping costs are based on single item orders, additional items may incur a higher cost, inline with a medium or large parcel cost. 

We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days, and will provide tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Returns

We do our best to ensure you are happy with your item and find it as described. Prior to purchase please fully check the images and measurements, and contact us with any product queries.  All items are sold as seen. Every curated piece is pre-loved and specially selected so some signs of wear and age should be expected, while every created piece has been handmade so will be entirely individual. 

Returns will be dealt with on an individual basis. Should a return be deemed necessary they must be initiated within 14 days of the item's receipt, and the item should be received back within 14 days after the return has been confirmed. After this period items will not be eligible for a return. You will be responsible for the cost of returns, we recommend using a tracked return service as Turns will not accept responsibility for items lost of damaged during transit. 

All returned items must arrive in the same condition they were sent in. All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment.

Packaging

Where possible we’ll aim to reuse and recycle packaging to keep it in circulation. If we are unable to reuse packaging, we will seek to use recycled and biodegradable options. 

We encourage you to reuse the packaging again.
